On August 14, 2008, Keller Grover filed a class action  lawsuit against Kelly Services, Inc.  that alleged that Kelly failed to pay workers for time spent attending interviews with Kelly Services' customers or potential customers. Keller Grover filed this wage and hour class action lawsuit on February 17, 2006 against Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation and Golden Gate Doughnuts alleging that they misclassified store managers in California as exempt from overtime in violation of California law.
