False Testing and Inspection Data: A Persistent Pattern in Defense Contractor Fraud

In April 2025, the Department of Justice announced that DRI Relays Inc., a manufacturer of electrical relays and sockets used on military platforms, agreed to pay $15.7 million to resolve False Claims Act allegations.
