Ms. Holloway is a member of Keller Grover’s whistleblower practice group, where she represents whistleblowers throughout their process of reporting fraud.  Her practice focuses on matters brought under the False Claims Act and similar state laws, the SEC Whistleblower Program, and other similar whistleblower statutes and programs, and involves representing whistleblowers in providing information to government agencies, during government interviews, and bringing formal actions to recover money obtained through fraud.  She has significant experience with whistleblower cases involving securities law violations, financial/accounting fraud, healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid) fraud, and fraud in other types of government contracts.  Ms. Holloway has helped whistleblowers obtain hundreds of millions of dollars in judgments and settlements through state and federal whistleblower programs.

Ms. Holloway’s practice also extends to prosecuting fraud and unlawful/unfair business practices in the areas of consumer protection, privacy and RICO violations.  She is experienced with class action litigation and has helped recover tens of millions of dollars on behalf of consumers and class members who have been damaged by corporate wrongdoing.

Ms. Holloway brings more than 18 years of experience to her clients, including over 10 years representing whistleblowers.  Through this experience, she has developed the skills and expertise necessary to successfully prosecute whistleblower, or qui tam, actions, from gathering evidence and developing complex factual records to understanding the intricate laws and legal processes involved in these cases.

Prior to joining Keller Grover in 2014, Ms. Holloway prosecuted securities fraud class actions at a leading national firm where she gained significant experience in the securities law field.  She is a member of The Anti-Fraud Coalition (TAF), a non-profit group dedicated to educating, empowering and supporting whistleblowers, and participates in TAF’s financial frauds division.

Ms. Holloway received her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2007 and her B.B.A. from the University of Iowa in 2002.  She was an editor for the University of Colorado’s Law Review and, while there, authored a published article on international mergers and acquisitions (International Merger Control: Globalization or Global Failure? (Denver Journal of Int’l Law & Policy, Vol. 34 (2006)).  Ms. Holloway also interned with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and clerked for the Honorable John L. Kane (Senior Judge, District Court of Colorado) while in law school.

Ms. Holloway is admitted to the California State Bar as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California.
