Nursing homes that offer poor care and take government funds may be liable under the False Claims Act

Biden highlights COVID fraud-fighting focus in State of the Union

Sutter Health settlement part of record year for whistleblower recoveries

Whistleblowers ‘eyes and ears’ to combat taxpayer fraud

Increases in government spending to address the COVID-19 pandemic “have led to an unprecedented level of theft of federal funds,” Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) warned in recent remarks commemorating the 159th anniversary of the False Claims Act on March 2. In a broadcast by the National Whistleblower Center, Sen. Whistleblower plaintiffs score win in California Supreme Court
