Keller Grover filed an employment class action against Wireless Advocates on April 27, 2009 alleging that Plaintiffs and other kiosk employee of Wireless Advocates were not paid for time spent in off-site meetings and were not reimbursed for their expenses in connection with attending off-site meetings. On February 4, 2011, Keller Grover settled the class action for approximately $1.2 million.
