On June 29, 2010, Keller Grover as lead counsel filed a California class action complaint against Wyatt Field Service Company for violations of California Business and Professions Code §§ 17200, et seq., The complaint alleged that Wyatt Field Services Company failed to pay overtime and double-time wages, failed to pay wages for all hours worked, failed to provide second meal periods for shifts lasting longer than 10 hours, and failed to provide third rest periods for shifts lasting longer than 10 hours.
On May 24, 2013, Keller Grover settled the wage and hour class action for $750,000 on behalf of the class.
