
Eric Grover is a founding member of Keller Grover LLP. Prior to joining Keller Grover, Mr. Grover spent 17 years at Littler Mendelson, P.C., the nation’s largest firm specializing in labor and employment law. At the time he left Littler Mendelson, Mr. Grover was Managing Shareholder of the firm’s flagship San Francisco office. Mr. Grover was also a long-time member of the firm’s national Shareholder Compensation Committee, a member of the firm’s Governance Committee, and past member of the firm’s Board of Directors.
During Mr. Grover’s tenure with Littler Mendelson, he gained extensive litigation experience, including trying several jury cases to verdict in both state and federal courts. Since founding Keller Grover, Mr. Grover has continued to litigate cases in state and federal courts and is one of a small number of lawyers that have tried an employment class action to verdict. Over his long career, Mr. Grover has also handled many California State Labor Commissioner wage and hour hearings and labor/employment arbitrations across the country. Mr. Grover’s more than 37 years of litigation experience includes all areas of labor and employment law, including harassment and discrimination claims, wage and hour matters, disability claims and major class action litigation in state and federal courts across California.
Mr. Grover’s achievements have earned him the respect of the legal community. In recognition of his accomplishments, he has been named a Northern California Super Lawyer every year from 2007-2025 in the area of labor and employment law. Mr. Grover is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California.
