Jeffrey F. Keller is a founding partner of the Keller Grover LLP, with extensive experience as a successful San Francisco consumer/business/employment lawyer specializing in the areas of consumer protection, antitrust and whistleblower litigation. Mr. Keller has been instrumental in the successful litigation of several landmark cases such as In re: Visa Check/MasterMoney Antitrust Litigation, in which an unprecedented $3.05 billion settlement was obtained and Friedman et al v 24 Hour Fitness USA, Inc., on behalf of a nationwide class of consumers which resulted in the largest settlement in California in 2010. For his efforts, Keller has been recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer.
Mr. Keller earned his J.D. from Loyola of Los Angeles and his L.L.M. from New York University.

Eric A. Grover is a founding member of Keller Grover LLP. As an active litigator for more than 23 years, Mr. Grover has extensive experience in all areas of labor and employment law including harassment, discrimination, disability, wage and hour matters, and class actions. Mr. Grover was a partner at the nation's largest specialty labor and employment firm Littler Mendelson, P.C., before joining with Jeffrey Keller to create Keller Grover LLP.
Since creating Keller Grover LLP, Mr. Grover has represented hundreds of thousands of class members who have collectively received tens of millions of dollars in relief. For these efforts, Mr. Grover has been consistently recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.

Kathleen R. Scanlan has been litigating for more than a dozen years focusing on issues of fraud. She first teamed up with Keller in 2004 then joined Keller Grover when it was founded in 2005. Her areas of practice with Keller Grover include consumer protection, antitrust and whistleblower actions. She plays a pivotal role in all aspects of the firm's litigation practice, from investigating and initiating new cases, through all aspects of complex litigation and to resolution, including mediations, trial and settlements.
Ms. Scanlan is a graduate of Trinity College, Hartford, CT (BA, American Studies 1988) and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (JD 1998)

Elizabeth A. Acevedo has been with Keller Grover LLP since 2006 and represents employees in various types of labor and employment matters. Ms. Acevedo received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California in 2003 and undergraduate degree from Loyola University of New Orleans. Before joining Keller Grover, her practice focused on complex securities and consumer litigation. Robert Spencer has been with Keller Grover LLP since 2006 and has worked on numerous complex cases in both state and federal court. Mr. Spencer primarily works in the firm’s employment practice representing employees against employers in wage and hour actions. Mr. Spencer has also worked on a variety of consumer protection and antitrust cases.
Mr. Spencer’s practice focuses on violations of California's employment laws which can include cases involving unpaid wages, unreimbursed business expenses, misclassification and failure to provide meal and rest periods.
Mr. Spencer is a graduate of University of California at Santa Barbara (B.A., Political Science, 1999). He earned his J.D from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 2005.

Rubi Quihuis completed her undergraduate studies at Stanford University and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
While at Hastings, Ms. Quihuis was a member of the Hastings Race and Poverty Law Journal, a moot court teaching assistant and a student attorney at The Legal Aid Society's Worker's Rights Clinic.
