This California class action was filed on February 6, 2009. The lawsuit alleges that Defendants U.S. Bank, N.A. and U.S. Bancorp wrongfully took overdraft fees from customers although the customers had sufficient funds in their checking accounts to cover the transactions at the time they were made. This class is alleged to have hundreds of thousands of class members. Keller Grover is co-counsel. This case was transferred to the United States District Court, District of Florida as part of a multi-district litigation (MDL) proceeding titled In Re Overdraft Fee Litigation, Case No. 1:09-MD-02036.
